By accessing or using services from New Era Success, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided
We offer credit repair services designed to help clients identify and dispute inaccuracies on their credit reports, in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).

3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Promptly respond to our communications
• Make payments as agreed upon in your service contract
• Use our services only for lawful purposes

4. Fees and Billing
Fees for services will be clearly disclosed in your client agreement. Charges may include:
• Initial consultation or setup fees
• Monthly service fees
• Optional add-on services (e.g., credit monitoring)
All payments must be authorized by the account holder.

5. No Guarantee of Specific Results
While we strive to provide the best service possible, we cannot guarantee specific improvements to your credit score or the removal of particular items from your credit report.

6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel services at any time. Please refer to your client agreement for details on cancellation terms and any applicable fees. Under CROA, you have the right to cancel within 3 business days of signing the contract without any penalty.

7. Limitation of Liability
New Era Success is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
